Welcome to my Art Store!
You may know me as a creative life coach, but did you know that my creativity is nourished by my own art making? I work with mixed media: acrylic, pencil, charcoal, fabric, geli prints, special papers, metal and found objects. Each piece is unique and comes from deep exploration at a soul level. All the pieces I sell are originals. I have learned to honor and respect the images and colors that call to me. My study with Michelle Cassou (Founder of Process Painting) has enhanced my self taught approach over many decades. Much of my work has been influenced by the energy, land and people of Taos, New Mexico. I’d refer to myself as an abstract artist with a leaning toward primitive contemporary style.
Please contact me to learn more about a piece that is calling to you. Framed or not; your choice! Shipping fee is negotiable.

Shelter in Place
Shelter in Place
At the very beginning of the pandemic, I wasn’t sure how to find and hold on to signs of hope. The term ‘shelter in place’ had just been delivered to us as our ‘next step’ to deal with COVID, but what did that really mean?
Walking in the woods seemed to be a good way to begin. Nature has always held me and grounded me. As early spring growth began, I noticed skunk cabbage beginning to pop up in the marshy areas near a stream! It was a sign of hope for me—that Mother Nature was continuing to produce new growth, a pattern inherent to creation. I wrote on the canvas and then painted over it, shrouding the words with some tissue paper and staining it with walnut ink. The message reads:
‘Shelter in place, oh beauty of early spring. Sink your roots deep. Sip water from the stream. Unfurl your bright leaves. Show us hope. Staff safe. Shelter in place.’
